Rangiora has a nice old world charm about it.unfortunately those buildings are no longer appreciated.so modernize with plenty of color and artwork inspired by the surrounding countryside

Great thinking, Trevor. Some of the retailers are talking along similar lines.

The Re-Start shops will not be containers: they will be Span-Build shells. This turned out to be the cheapest option – we needed to do that because the rents paid be retailers are going to have to be subsidised.
